Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to the use of Dr. Jenny's Website, located at https://www.jennyatyoga.com/, and all online yoga courses provided through this platform.
1.Force Majeure
Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays, changes, or losses caused by acts of God, war, threat of war, pandemic, civil strife, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. This includes technical issues or internet connectivity problems that may disrupt course access.
2.Course Cancellation by Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga
In the unlikely event that an online yoga course is cancelled by Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga, 100% of the payment will be refunded, or an alternative course placement will be offered, according to the circumstances.
Cancellation by Student
- If a student cancels their registration at least 30 days before the course start date, a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee will
be provided.
- For cancellations made 15-29 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.
- Transferring the payment to another course is possible at the discretion of Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga management.
3.Course Interruption
If a course must be interrupted due to exceptional circumstances, there will be no refund if more than half of the course has been completed. If less than half of the course has been completed, students will be offered the opportunity to complete the course at a later date at no additional cost.
4.No-Show Policy
No refund will be provided if a student fails to attend the course without prior notice.
5. Health and Safety
By participating in our online yoga courses, students voluntarily assume entire liability and accept the risk of any injury or discomfort that may result from their participation. Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga accepts no liability for any injury or illness to students during the online courses.
6.Course Materials and Access
Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission from Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga.
7.Technical Issues
While we strive to provide a seamless online experience, Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems or device malfunctions.
8. Payment and Consent
Payment of course fees implies consent to all the information, rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga.
8. Policy Changes
Dr. Jenny's Online Yoga reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students and posted on our website.
